Shipping

Where do we ship to?

We currently ship to any location inside Australia and the Australia Post service.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary between states. These rates will be calculated in the checkout process.

Can we get express shipping?

Express shipping is available. Simply select the option in the checkout process.

How do I access free shipping?

Free standard shipping is available on all Victorian orders over $80. The rest of Australia still has access to free standard shipping over $80. Victorian based customers can also access free express shipping on purchases over $100.

Click and Collect

Is Click and Collect available?

Yes, Click and Collect is available with pick up locations from Gunna’s Surf in Portland, Victoria and Gold Reef Clothing in Stawell, Victoria.

Can I select store pick up on any order?

No, unfortunately click and collect is only available if the entirety of an order is in stock at your local store.

How do I use Click and Collect?

Please ensure the items you want are available at your local store by completing the process below. If your items aren’t available at your local store standard delivery is free throughout Victoria on purchases over $45.

To use the Click and Collect service please follow the steps below:

Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart.
Go to your cart.
ENSURE YOU SELECT A STORE BY CLICKING THE ‘STORE PICKUP’ ICON. (This ensures that the items you have selected are available at your local store).
Click checkout and complete the required personal details.
When prompted to select a delivery option select ‘Store Pickup’.

Returns

Returns Time frame

Returns and exchanges will only be provided within 30 days of the sale date.

Can returns be completed in-store?

Returns can be completed via post or in-store providing the stock has come from your local store. Please contact us at info@ggrclothing.com.au or call your local store for further information about in-store returns.

Sale Items

Please note that items purchased on sale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Transit Damage or Loss

GGR Clothing Co. is not responsible for any goods damaged or lost in transit.

Discounted Items

Returned items will be refunded or exchanged based on their price at the time of purchase.

Faulty/Incorrect Items

Items deemed faulty or those incorrectly provided can be returned free of charge. Simply get in contact with as at info@ggrclothing.com.au and we will provide you with the required shipping information.

Change of Mind

If you receive one of our products and decide it isn’t quite right for you then you are able to return it for an exchange or store credit, however, you will be required to pay the return postage cost. Please contact us at info@ggrclothing.com.au for all change of mind returns inquiries and to receive a returns address.

All change of mind returns must not have been worn, returned with no caused damage and with the tags attached. If any of these requirements are not met we may void the refund request.

Please note that swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear to be eligible for an exchange due to hygiene reasons. If it is clear that this actin has not been followed then your exchange not be able to be processed.

Promotion Terms

All promotions end dates are able to be changed at any time without notice.
Promotions may not include all products.
Items already at a reduced price will not be included in any promotions.
We are unable to provide refund if a discount code is not used despite being active.
